Welcome. PTOPHELP (Practitioner to Practitioner Help) offers a relational database that links primary care practitioners with the mental health practitioner best suited to meet their patients' treatment needs. PTOP's simple navigation tools also allow consumers to search the database directly to support their own mental healthcare needs. Currently, PTOP lists the professional information of 659 mental health practitioners and 512 practices. | How To Register Email info@ptophelp.org or call your regional Area Health Education Center (AHEC).
You may also complete our online Registration Form. Once we receive your registration request, we will create your login name and password and email these back to you. Once you receive your login name and password, we encourage you to complete your listing. Your information is instantly accessible. PTOP is free! Our goal is to provide you with the most accurate information possible and to protect your privacy. Our User Agreement and Privacy Policy help meet these goals. Your use of ptophelp.org is governed by our User Agreement.
We are endorsed by the Vermont Academy of Family Physicians. Funding support is provided by the University of Vermont College of Medicine through contributions from the Health Resources and Services Administration, Fletcher Allen Health Care, Vermont's community hospitals, and the State of Vermont.
