Conneticut River Transit (CRT) For the Region General Information: Provides free transportation for MEDICAID clients to medical appointments, counseling and mental health appointments, WIC clinics (if doing well child clinic), and pharmacies to obtain prescriptions. Transportation is also provided for Reach Up appointments. Van service is available for seniors and physically challenged. Free local bus service. Fee/Eligibility: Free van and bus service.
